  • Ingredients:

    Green Tea Dried Leaf Extract (Camellia sinesis) (500mg – standardized to contain 95% EGCG), hypromellose (capsule), magnesium stearate (lubricant).

  • Scientific Background:

    ECGC causes the body to rapidly produce noradrenaline. Noradrenaline gives us energy and helps us stay alert. Taking about 400-500mg of ECGC per day can help with weight loss and more importantly fat burning. This is why it is a widely used supplement for fitness purposes.

    How it works: We talked briefly about the antioxidant found in green tea – catechins. The most abundant of these catechins is Epigallocatechin gallate or more commonly referred to as EGCG. This catechin is notorious for amping up the bodies’ energy supply, amongst other things.
